We are accepting both new and previously published writers, with the opportunity for multiple winners to be published in a collection of Western tales or as standalone books under Indigo James Publishing.

Submission Guidelines:

  1. 📖 Length: Short stories (2,500–8,000 words) & novellas (10,000–40,000 words) Novels (40,000-90k)

  2. 📜 Theme: Western—historical, action-packed, frontier life, Gold Rush, outlaw tales, or any story capturing the spirit of the West

  3. âś… Eligibility: Open to all writers, whether previously published or new voices

  4. đź“… Deadline: May 1, 2025

  5. 📩 How to Submit: Send your manuscript as a Word document or PDF, double spaced, 12 font with synopsis to indigojamespublishing@gmail.com with the subject line "Western Submission – [Title] by [Your Name]"
